Prerequisites: DGS 3222, DGS 3223 and DGS 4224; open only to students enrolled in the Diagnostic Genetic Sciences Program and Diagnostic Genetic Sciences certificate students, concentrating in Cytogenetics.

Grading Basis: Graded

Karyotyping constitutional and cancer cytogenetic cases, diagnosing cytogenetic syndrome/conditions and cytogenetic changes associated with neoplasms. Writing complete, precise, and accurate cytogenetic reports.
