Minors: Sustainable Food Crop Production

This minor provides an overview of issues related to sustainable food crop production within the context of environmental stewardship.

Students must complete a minimum of 15 credits including: HORT 3620; SOIL 3620; and three of: HORT 3765; PLSC 1150, 3810, 3820, 3830, 3840, 3990.

To include PLSC 3990 Field Internship, the memorandum of understanding must be approved by the Minor Advisor.

Students must earn a combined grade point average of 2.5 or higher for all courses listed above.

The minor is offered by the Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture.
