This minor provides interested students with an in-depth exposure to all aspects of dairy farm management. Students will have the opportunity to become proficient in animal care and handling, gain knowledge of current dairy technologies and practices and evaluate local dairy farms, with the goal of impacting short and long-term decision-making.
The minor is offered by the Department of Animal Science.
