Asian Studies Minor
The minor in Asian Studies reflects the global contours of Asian Studies as an area studies-based interdiscipline.

Requirements
Students taking the Asian Studies Minor must take fifteen credits or five courses from the following list of 2000- level and above courses. Students are recommended, but not required to take AAAS 1001 Pathways to Asian Studies. Student s must take courses from at least two departments (e.g., HIST and ENGL or e.g., ENGL and POLS, etc.). Students may request that courses from other departments count toward the Asian Studies Minor with permission from the AAAS Unit Head.
