Art History Minor
This minor provides students with an interdisciplinary understanding of the current and historical roles that the visual arts play in a range of artistic, cultural and social contexts.
Requirements
Students are required to complete fifteen 2000-3000 level credits in Art History drawn from the three following categories:

Students interested in this minor should arrange for a meeting with the Art History Coordinator, Department of Art and Art History, School of Fine Arts.
ARTH 2198 Variable Topics, ARTH 2993 Foreign Study, ARTH 3993 Foreign Study and ARTH 3995 Investigation of Special Topics (variable topics) may be used to fill area requirements, but only with the written approval of the coordinator of the minor. If approved, there is no limit on the number of credits from these courses that may be applied to the minor, with a change of topic.
