Clinical and Translational Research (Graduate Certificate)

The Certificate Program is administered by The Cato T. Laurencin Institute for Regenerative Engineering at the University of Connecticut. It is designed to provide an introduction to clinical and translational research. The program provides core competencies in research methods without hands on experience in mentored research. Qualified applicants include individuals who have obtained a health-related terminal degree (for example, M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., D.D.S., or D.M.D.). Students who do not have an established terminal degree must be accepted by the program and be in good standing in a terminal degree granting program in a health-related field.

The eligibility criteria for the Certificate Program are the same as those for the Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research degree program.
