Building an accessible content media business to establish a unique niche, grow an audience, and create value from the content the business develops. Hiring and leading creative content and business teams; developing external networks as resources for growth; determining a strategy to guide business development; managing content production and delivery; formulating monetization strategies built on innovative business models.
