HBL 2153 7/15 Course description: Six sigma is a statistical technique started at GE. It has been widely used to problem solve as well as to design new products, processes and services. This course will cover the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt Body of Knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to: project identification, project management, probability and statistics, measurement system analysis, and exploratory data analysis. Minitab software will be introduced and used for all statistical examples.
