Prerequisites: ENGL 1007 or 1010 or 1011 or 2011; ANSC 3261; open to juniors or higher.

Grading Basis: Graded

Dairy farm management practices with emphasis on business and economic decision making. The effects of various programs in selection, nutrition, facilities, reproduction and herd health on overall business health will be evaluated. Each student will manage a computer simulated herd during the semester. Field trips are required. GEOC;
